ICPA Working Groups

The five core themes of the strategic plan are suppored by eleven key initiatives that will be taken forward between 2009-2011.

These initiatives are designed to ensure that our Association comes to be recognised universally as the most influential Association for ethical and effective corrections. The Board intends to lead this significantly challenging agenda by engaging with our membership base. The important commitments for Board members in taking this work forward are: delivery to schedule; transparency in the working of the groups; and that all our members have the opportunity to play a part in the process.
